Get in Touch Our ServicesWho We Are
Verdeco Consulting was founded to provide the kind of environmental support that actually works on site — not just in reports. With over a decade of hands-on experience across Tier 1 infrastructure in both Australia and New Zealand, we understand the commercial and operational pressures facing project teams.
We work across regional and urban environments, across construction, renewables, government, and private development. Our advice is grounded in having been on the tools, managing teams under program pressure, and navigating the full approval lifecycle from pre-FID through to defects.
Based in Sydney, operating nationally and across the Tasman.
Target Sectors
Verdeco focuses on sectors where environmental complexity and program risk intersect — where getting it right matters and delays are costly.
"Environmental management shouldn't slow a project down. With the right systems and on-ground expertise, it can be a competitive advantage."
What We Do
From pre-approval documentation to on-site compliance management, Verdeco delivers end-to-end environmental support tailored to your project.
Practical on-site environmental advice from baseline compliance through to complex technical challenges. We support project delivery by bridging the gap between regulatory requirements and construction reality.

Expert guidance to ensure adherence to environmental laws and regulations. On-site auditing of approval conditions and best practice, with a focus on keeping projects moving without compromising compliance.
Supporting project teams to manage landowner relationships, easement negotiations, and community engagement throughout the acquisition and delivery process on major linear infrastructure projects.
Noise and vibration, water quality, air quality, and soil sampling.
